Returns & Refund Policy

  1. Returns

a. You may return any unused product within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.

b. To initiate a return, please contact LOKEY Inc. customer service at support@lokey.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

c. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

d. Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. We will then issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

a. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact LOKEY Inc. customer service at support@lokey.store within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

  1. Exchanges

a. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

  1. Exceptions

a. We do not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

b. We do not accept returns for products that are not in their original packaging.

c. We do not accept returns for products that were purchased from a third-party retailer.
